TABOR - Bernice S.(Rabitz) , 91, Johnstown, passed away January 8, 2018. Born May 18, 1926 in Portage, daughter of the late Catherine and Anthony Rabitz.  Preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years Leon, brother Stanley, sisters: Matilda (Ruth) Walzer, and Marjorie Young and nephews Gregory Young and Joseph G. Klonicki.  Survived by her beloved sister Helen Klonicki.  Beloved aunt to Barbara and David Walzer, Donna and husband Robert Zimba, Anthony Rabitz; Kathy, Barbara, and Stanley, and Ronald and wife Carol Klonicki; and great aunt to Katie, Joe, and Michael Klonicki, Lechai Walzer, Sara and husband Justin Northup, and Emily Klimscha (Klonicki) and great- great aunt to Jack and Lucas.  Also numerous nieces and nephews. Bernice was a kind woman who made a difference for many people and one of America's greatest generation.  She always remembered her roots to the Woodvale and Conemaugh Boro families.  Bernice worked many years at the Acme Bakery in Woodvale.  In the 1960s together with her husband, Leon, they owned and operated Leon's Restaurant.  Following her retirement she was an avid QVC shopper.  The family would like to thank Judie Gawel, Rose Davich, Milan Davich, Mary Heinlein and the many neighbors, Interim Hospice, and Home Watch Caregivers that helped Bea live a life of dignity. Family and friends will be received Thursday, January 11 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, 710 Broad Street, Johnstown, PA  15906.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Clare of Assisi Parish.  A Funeral Mass will be held 12 noon Friday at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Fr. Matthew Misurda officiating. Committal at Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum.
