BRINDZA – Allen, 68, of Seward, died November 19, 2019, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born April 29, 1951, the son of John C. and Rose (Pustelnik) Brindza. Preceded in death by his parents; and infant brother, David.He is survived by his wife Joann (Gorzelsky) Brindza; sons, Jeffrey A., married to Melanie (Conner), Carrolltown; and Eric J., married to Christine (Crame), Tuscon, AZ.; granddaughter, Jillian; and step-grandson, Frank; and brothers: Larry J. and wife, Kathleen; and Mark S. and wife, Eunice. Also survived by his uncle, Stephen Pasternak and wife Doris; and numerous nieces and nephews. Allen was retired from Bethlehem Steel where he was a Millwright and also employed at IUP as an Archeology Technician. He was a deer hunter; paranormal investigator, and Grave dowser. A member of the Johnstown Genealogical and Historical Society and Blair County Genealogical Society. Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street where the Very Reverend Protopresbyter Robert Buczak will hold Panachida at 6 p.m.. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Christ the Saviour Cathedral with Committal at Grandview Cemetery.
