Elsie K. (Cobaugh) Single

SINGLE – Elsie K., 88, of Johnstown, died March 16, 2019, at Country Manor Living. Born April 1, 1930, in Johnstown the daughter of Edgar and Jennie (Caton) Cobaugh. Preceded in death by her parents; and siblings. She is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years, Andrew E. Single; children: Andrew, married to Denise; John, married to Ronda; Kathy; Mary Susan, married to Michael; Patricia, married to James; Michelle; Jenny and Gerald; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Elsie was a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. A proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy. She shared her kind, loving and generous heart with all she met. Bubba will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank the staffs of Interim Hospice and the Country Manor for the kind and loving care they provided to Elsie. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Liturgy will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Msgr. Raymond Balta officiating. Committal will be held at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church.
