Helena May (BURGGRAF) Rummell

RUMMELL – Helena May, 83, of Greensburg and formerly of Johnstown, died December 9, 2019, at Westmoreland Hospital. Born September 4, 1936, in Johnstown the daughter of Frank A. and Helen M. (Skunta) Burggraf. Preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, William E. Rummell; daughter, Karen Lynn Dietrick and fiancé, Mark Hresko, Centreville, MD; and son, William John and wife, Bonnie, Ligonier; and grandchildren: William R. Rummell; Kati N. Knupp; and Madison B. McDowell. Also survived by brother, Frank J. Burggraf, Johnstown; sister, Dolores Jean Gramling, Geistown; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Helena worked at the Bethlehen Home in Ligonier as a Nurses Aide for 19 years. Helena was a selfless and devoted mother and grandmother which made her a special and loving person. Friends will be received Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street where vigil service will be held. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Saturday for Prayers before 10 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Therese Catholic Church, 536 Decker Avenue, Johnstown, Fr.
