John A. Moran

MORAN - John A., 63; Johnstown, passed away April 29, 2019 at Quality of Life Nursing Center.  Born September 17, 1955 in Franklin Boro., son of Anthony N. “Doc” and Margaret (Mino) Moran.  Preceded in death by parents; and brother, Michael A. Moran.  Survived by siblings, Joseph A. married to the former Michelle Weyant, Johnstown; Dr. Mary Margaret Moran and partner, Dr. Beth Moughan, Philadelphia and Edward A. Moran and Lorraine Donahue, Johnstown.  Also survived by nieces, Danielle Moran Robertson and Abigail Moran and nephew, Sean Moran-Moughan.  A graduate of  Conemaugh Valley High School, Class of 1973.  John was an accounting technician for the PA State Department of Revenue.  A member of Church of the Transfiguration in Conemaugh, where family and friends will be received from 10:00 until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Monday.  Committal will take place at Assumption Cemetery.  Arrangements by Francis G.
