Julia (Holbay) Rosko

ROSKO – Julia, 91, of Johnstown, died January 6, 2020, at Cambria Care Center. Born December 22, 1928, in Johnstown the daughter of Joseph L. and Frances (Patrick) Holbay. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene Rosko; sisters: Frances Petroski, Anna Posta, Margaret Holbay, Elizabeth Swannger, Mary Randau, and Bernadine Solomon; brothers: Joseph, Edward, Albert, and William Holbay. Survived by her children: Annette, wife of Marcus A. Cox, Texas; Edward, married to Dolores (Rzasa) Rosko, South Carolina; Kenneth Rosko, Johnstown; and Daniel, married to Kathleen (Locher) Rosko, Johnstown; grandchildren: Lara, Erin, Emily, Sarah, Mary and Mitchell; 6 great-grandchildren; and sister, Helen Budaji. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad St. where vigil service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Therese Catholic Church, Fr. Bernard Karmanocky, O.F.M. Committal will take place at Grandview Cemetery.
