Robert J. Bernosky

BERNOSKY - Robert J., 85; Johnstown; passed away on February 22, 2019 at Conemaugh Hospital.  Born April 22, 1933 in Johnstown, son of Joseph and Mary (Sebas) Bernosky.  Preceded in death by parents; and sisters, Delores Locherie, Joan Grossi and Carol Caplin.  Survived by sisters, Patricia Putchko and Dorothy Cvrkel, both of Johnstown; and numerous nieces and nephews. A retired U.S. Navy veteran.  Former Steward of the Polski Dom and member of Minersville PNA, Franklin American Legion, Slovak Band Hall and Resurrection Parish.  Friends received Friday from 11:00 a.m. til time of service at 1:00 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc. Broad Street. Committal will take lace at Grandview Cemetery, where V.F.W. Post 155 Ritual Team will perform honors. Condolences may be sent at fgozogfuneralhome.com
