Sylvia Jayne Tauber

TAUBER - Sylvia J., 83; Brownstown, Boro. passed away August 7, 2019 at Conemaugh Hospital.  Born January 30, 1936 in Johnstown, daughter of Frank and Carrie (Furman) Bulick.  Preceded in death by parents; and special cousin Dorothy Tedjeske.  Survived by loving husband, of 59 years, Robert L. Tauber Sr.; son, Robert Tauber Jr. married to the former Lynn Sunseri; daughter, Karin married to Gary Helsel; and grandchildren, Stephanie Rosendale and Robbie Tauber, all of Johnstown.  A sister of Delores Workosky married to Robert Workosky of Johnstown. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. A member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, where Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. the Very Rev. Mark S. Begly, VF.  Committal will take place at Grandview Cemetery.  Friends received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street.
