Theresa B. (Golis) Chapman

CHAPMAN – Theresa B., 92, of Johnstown, died August 8, 2019, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born July 21, 1927, in Johnstown, the daughter of Mary (Ban) Golis and step-father John Golis. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel G. Chapman; daughter, Emily Roddy; and sister, Catherine Matula. Survived by her children: Daniel Chapman, Newark, DE and Johnstown; and Patricia, wife of Patrick Twardziak, Johnstown; grandchildren: Rene, wife of Jon Wood, Houston, TX; Nicholas and Brian Twardziak; great-granddaughter, Hailey Wood; and sister, Anna Marie Hoffman. A member of St. Therese Catholic Church where funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Fr. Anthony Francis Spilka, O.F.M. Conv. Committal service will be held at Grandview Cemetery. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad St. where vigil service will be held.
