FREIWALD—Alberta C., 86; Conemaugh Twp., passed away at home, April 19, 2020. Born July 30, 1933 in Cherry Hill, PA; daughter of Joseph and Helen (Russell) Platz. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert R. Freiwald; son, Daniel R. Freiwald; granddaughter, Teddie Freiwald; and brothers, George Fry and William Laughard. Survived by loving children, Mary Helen Percinsky and husband Andrew; Paul J. Freiwald and wife Rita (Pribish); John E. Freiwald and wife Tina (Serenko); and Catherine Partsch and husband Brian, and daughter-in-law Louann Freiwald. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. A member of SS. Gregory and Barnabas Catholic Church. Private funeral services, and burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday August 8, 2020 at SS Gregory and Barnabus Catholic Church in Daisytown, where friends and family will gather for a celebration of life.
