MONCILOVICH - Amelia, “Millie”, 85 Johnstown, passed away on March 24, 2023 at Richland Woods. Born April 15, 1937 in Johnstown, daughter of Eli and Amelia (Koslin) Devich. Preceded in death by parents; son, George Moncilovich; and sisters, Marion Wisz, Bette Ciccone, Patti Mesnak and Marlene Bennett. She was the last survivor of her immediate family. Survived by loving husband, of 62 years, George Moncilovich of Johnstown; and sons, Milan (Stephanie) of Drexel Hill, PA; Michael (Susan) of Charlotte, NC; and daughter-in-law, Lori A. Moncilovich of Poland, OH. Also survived by grandchildren, Nickolas, George, Ethan and Isaac; and numerous nieces and nephews. Millie and her husband George left Johnstown after getting married at St. Nicholas Serbian Church. They raised their family in Valparaiso, IN and have recently moved back to live in Johnstown. Millie was a Den Mother with the Cub Scouts, and a member of the Girl Scouts of America. She was a retired office assistant for Professional Resources in Indiana. She is a member of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Merrillville, IN where she was in the Serbian Sisters Society. She is a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church in Johnstown, where she was active in many church events along with the choir and the Sunday School Program. Friends received Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street. Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, the Rev. Presbyter Dragan Vukovic. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
