Anne "Rey" (Keifline) Kucera

KUCERA—Anne R., “Rey”, 87; Johnstown, passed away March 4, 2020 at Laurelwood Care Center.  Born December 1, 1932 in Johnstown, daughter of James and Anne (Dowdell)  Keifline.  Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard Kucera; son-in-law, George Tvarozna; brothers, James, Robert, Paul and Lou; sisters, Rose, Helen, Barbara and Margaret.  Survived by her loving daughters, Charlene, wife of Bob Blittersdorf, Kennett Square, PA; and  Kathleen Tvarozna and fiancee, Len Daugherty, Johnstown; grandchildren, Christy, Dan, Katie (whom she raised like a daughter), and Brendan; and great grandson Jack.  A sister of Rosemary Kiser and Marilyn Lohr, both of Johnstown.  Formerly employed at Lee Hospital and a retired RN for the former Bethlehem Steel Dispensary.  Anne made the best homemade apple sauce and it was enjoyed by all her family. She loved Heinz Ketchup and always made sure to have several bottles on hand.  A member of Visitation B.V.M. Catholic Church, where Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., the Rev. John J. Slovikovski.  Committal will take place in Grandview Mausoleum.  Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. Monday at the Francis G.
