Audrey M. Sherrer-Kris

SHERRER-KRIS—Audrey M., 88; formerly of Jackson Twp., passed away April 30, 2020 at Cambridge Place in Ebensburg.  Born July 20, 1931 daughter of,  Crawford L. and Kathryn (Pearce) Corson.  Preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Robert Kris and Herbert L. Sherrer; sisters, Mary Pelosi-Winkelman, Laura Yoder, Betty Jones, and Dorothy Ramirez; and brother William C. Corson Sr.  Survived by children, Robert J. (Cynthia A.), James S. Kris (Deborah J.), Edward C. Kris (Mary), Susan R. Eppley (Donald F.) and Janice C. Kuchinka (Michael S.), all of Jackson Twp. Also survived by grandchildren, Michael, Kelly, Stephen, Brandy, David, Misty, Anna, and Kristin; great grandchildren, Noah, Jordyn, Abigail, Emma Lee, Carter,  Audrey, Adalyn, Jacob, Zachary, and Payton.  A sister of, George (Betty) Corson Sr., Woodvale, Kenneth (Chris) Corson, Vinco, and Thomas Corson, Burnside, PA and several nieces and nephews.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed singing and dancing with her family; and playing scrabble and cards.  She loved gardening, sewing and cooking as well.  Due to the coronavirus and guidelines, private funeral services will be held for Audrey.  However, a memorial Mass and services will be held for friends and family at a later time.  Committal will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.  The family would like to thank all the staff at the Cambridge Place/Rebekah Manor and Penn Hospice, for their loving and compassionate care.  Arrangements by Francis G.
