Barbara J. Boltz

BOLTZ - Barbara J., 88; formerly of Johnstown, passed away on October 25, 2024 in Berlin, PA.  Born October 30, 1935 in Johnstown, daughter of Dennis M. Sr. and Phoebe (Seth) Murphy.  She is the last survivor of her immediate family. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Phillip Boltz; brothers, Jack Murphy and Dennis Murphy Jr., and sisters, Shirley McGeever, Vivian Mutan and Patricia Martin.  Survived by loving daughter, Mary A. married to John Brickner of Boiling Springs, PA; grandchildren, Zachary, Taylor and Megan; and great grandchildren, Austin, Alora and Eloise.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Barbara was retired from the former Mercy Hospital as a E.R. Registration Receptionist.  She is a member of St. Clement Catholic Church.  Friends received on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street.  Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church, the Rev.
