Barbara V. (Vaniscak) Siciliano

SICILIANO – Barbara  V. (Vaniscak), 83, passed away January 29, 2022. Barb, as she was known to her family and friends, was born in Johnstown on September 2, 1938 to Andrew and Kathleen (Vasalinda) Vaniscak. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene, daughter Joanne Galiardi Hahn, brothers Joseph of Johnstown, PA, Andrew and Gregory, both of Naples, FL and sister Deloris Vannett of Oklahoma City, OK.  She is survived by sons James Galiardi of York, PA and Jeffrey Galiardi of Royersford, PA and daughter Jeanne Nanna of Harrisburg, PA. Barb is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.  Barb enjoyed playing cards, watching movies, scouring yard sales, and traveling with her husband, family, and friends.  Friends will be received Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street. Funeral Mass will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David Peles officiating. Committal will be held at St. Anthony Cemetery, Geistown.
