WILLIAMS – Bryan George “Butch”, 81, of Johnstown, Pennsylvania died September 27, 2024, at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. Born November 07, 1942, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the son of George and Pauline (Mikolic) Williams. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy J. (Skamla)Williams, and grandson Devin Williams. He is survived by children, Bryan George Williams Jr., Susan Marie McKinney married to C. Allan Jr., and Jennifer Lynn Economy married to Brian Scott; grandchildren, Benjamin Economy, Jacob Economy, Hailey Economy, Lauren Burgan married to Tyler, and Jessica McKinney-Ritter married to Stephen; great-grandchildren, Victoria Ritter, Penelope Ritter, Jase Burgan, Skyler Burgan, Evalyn Burgan, and Eli Gonzalez; brother, Richard Edward Williams married to Kathaleen Jane, and numerous nieces and nephews. In Bryan’s younger years he enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, playing cards, and mowing his grass on his John Deere tractor. He was a proud veteran who served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War, where he worked as an aircraft jet engine mechanic on the B-47 Bomber. He also worked as an electrical foreman in the coal mines and retired as a machinist from Flexpak Corporation. Bryan was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He will truly be missed by many. Friends will be received Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc. Funeral service will take place at 11:30 AM, Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc, Pastor August Twigg. Committal will follow at Benshoff Hill Cemetery. Military honors presented by Conemaugh Valley Detachment 287 Marine Corp League.
