VRANICH (SESHOCK) – Clara L., 90, of Johnstown, died August 25, 2021, at Windber Hospice. Born March 28, 1931, in Johnstown, the daughter of Peter and Margaret (Salsgiver) Seshock. Preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 40 years, Joseph L. Vranich; and sisters, Bertha (Robert) Barto, Nancy (William) Andrews, and Margaret (Michael) Gagan. Clara was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by her loving children, Dian, wife of Gary Bushko, Cumming, GA; Joseph D., married to Carol (Bremer) Vranich, Johnstown; and Dorothy, married to Larry Giannone, Johnstown; grandchildren: Erin (Owen) Smith, Stephen (Aryana) Bushko, Anna Marie (Randy) Anderson, Adam Vranich, Blake Eckenrod and fiancée Amanda Walker, Casey Eckenrod and fiancée Ashley Irwin, Noelle (Kellen) Galbraith, and Christian (Dr. Katya Lebedev) Giannone; great-grandchildren: Clara Noelle, Feliks Stefan, Daxton Conn, Isla Grace, and Sadie Clair. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A former member of St. Rochus Catholic Church where she was active working Hot Lunches. Clara was a great organizer of family gatherings making holidays very special. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, dearly. A member of CFU Lodge #5 and Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church where funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Monday, the Very Reverend Mark S. Begly, VF officiating. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 Sunday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street. Committal will be held at Grandview Cemetery.
