Dolores "Dee" Forgas

FORGAS - Dolores, “Dee” 72;  Johnstown, passed away on November 2, 2023 at Select Specialty Care Center.  Born January 7, 1951 in Johnstown, daughter of Joseph and Stella (Lech) Dziagwa.  Preceded in death by parents; son, Stephen Forgas; brother, Joseph J. Dziagwa; son-in-law, Michael Skovensky; and nephew, Jason Mulvehill.  Survived by loving husband, of 52 years, Lawrence “Larry” Forgas; and daughters, Kristen (Bill) Stenger; and Allison Skovensky, all of Johnstown.  Also survived by grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Dylan, Kaitlyn (Ashton), Austin (Hannah) Svencer; Hannah (Kaiden) Phelan, Olivia and Brianna Skovensky; sisters-in-law, Veronica Dziagwa and Terri (Patrick) Mulvehill; nieces and nephews, and beloved pet "Penny". Dee is a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, where Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Bernard Karmanocky OFM. Committal will follow at Grandview Cemetery.  Friends received Monday from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street. Condolences may be sent at fgozogfuneralhome.com
