Donna J. (Bush) Bowser

BOWSER – Donna J., 79, of Johnstown, died December 11, 2024, at Heritage Ridge. Born July 30, 1945, in Johnstown, she is the daughter of Clifford and Mary (Kovach) Bush. She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Roger Bowser; brother, Donald Bush; and sister, Carol Moschgat. She is survived by daughters, Devery Harmon married to Joel of Virginia, and Karen Miller married to Michael of Arizona; grandchildren, Paige Kinder, Devin Miller, and Aaron Miller; and great-grandchildren, Noah Hayes-Miller and Ethan Miller. Donna worked as a secretary for the Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren for many years. She also enjoyed working at the Bonton at the Galleria Mall, and as a CNA at the former Lutheran Home in Westmont. Donna enjoyed going fishing and taking walks on Johnstown’s local trails with her husband. Donna was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She truly will be missed by many. Friends will be received Wednesday December 18, 2024, from 10:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc. A funeral service will take place at 12:00 P.M. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Pastor Robert Wolf presiding. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial trees be planted in Donna’s memory on the Francis G.
