Dorothy I. Blough

BLOUGH - Dorothy I., 82; Johnstown, passed away on October 24, 2025.  Born May 22, 1943 in Johnstown, daughter of Edgar and Erma (Stauffer) May.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Paul G. Blough; and 8 siblings.  Survived by children, Joy E. (Walter) Custer, Johnstown; Paul C. Blough (Michelle) of DuBois, PA; and Susean (James) Trotz, Johnstown.  Also survived by grandchildren: Tabitha Kaminsky, Walter Custer III, Sabrina Custer, Gabe Blough, Loretta Blough, Trevor Trotz and Noah Trotz; and seven Great Grandchildren.  A sister of Robert (Charlotte) May, Harold May, Howard (Linda) May and Geraldine Wentz, all of Johnstown.  Dorothy was a foster mother with Professional Family Care, Inc. A member of Senior Life of Johnstown and Grace Assembly Pentecostal Church.  Friends received Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street, where funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m.  Committal will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
