Dorothy P. (Eisenhuth) Ramirez

RAMIREZ – Dorothy P., 92; of Johnstown, passed away May 21, 2024, at Quality Life Services.  Born October 8, 1931, in Johnstown, daughter of James and Velma (Rager) Eisenhuth. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Joseph Ramirez; son, Joseph Ramirez Jr.; granddaughter, Caitlin Kennihan; and brothers, James Eisenhuth and Thomas Eisenhuth. Survived by children, Ramona married to Edward Stenger, Diane married to Nicholas Larry, both of Middletown, PA; Karen Ramirez and husband Mark Grasser, Michael J. Ramirez married to the former Christine DiBuono, both of Johnstown; and Maria Kennihan, Tarentum, PA. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald Eisenhuth; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a member at St. Therese Catholic Church. She also enjoyed being a part of the Christian Mothers Club, and Catholic daughters. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She will be deeply missed by many.  Friends will be received Monday, May 27, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 10 a.m., at St. Therese Catholic Church, the Rev. George Gulash. Committal will take place at St. Anthony Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dorothy's memory to St. Therese Catholic Church.
