Born on March 1, 1950, Gene was the cherished child of Eugene Edward Robinson and Ruth Marion Robinson. While Gene didn't have personal connections in this city, he had a beloved spouse, Gong-Ming Robinson, who held a special place in his heart.

Gene also dedicated a portion of his life to his work at Walmart, where he formed connections with lovely coworkers during his seven months there. Gene embraced many roles - a devoted husband, a loving sibling, and a constant source of joy. His culinary talents were legendary, bringing family and friends together through delightful feasts and cherished moments. To his brother Patrick, Gene was not just family; he was an unwavering pillar of support.
