Frances J. Nagy

NAGY - Frances J., 94; Lower Yoder Twp., passed away November 27, 2018 at Harmony House Manor.  Born December 18, 1923 in Tire Hill, PA, daughter of Rok and Frances (Magdalenic) Yancec.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, William B. Nagy; step-daughters, Roberta J. Nagy and Barbara Spinks; stepson, Dennis A. Nagy; sisters, Mary Rupancic, Julia Yancic, Ann Sakmar, Catherine Cordell, Rose Boratko and Helen Dober; and brothers, Steve and John Yancec.  Survived by stepson, William P. married to the former Carol Uzelac, Johnstown.  Also survived by 8 step-grandchildren, 14 step-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  Retired employee for Miller Greenhouse.  She is a member of the C.F.U Lodge #5 Ladies Auxiliary and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or visitation. However, friends and family are asked to attend Funeral Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 11:00 a.m. Friday, the Franciscan Friars O.F.M.
