Frank M. Slezak

SLEZAK – Frank M., 78, of Johnstown, passed away October 2, 2025. Born August 18, 1947, in Johnstown, the son of Frank M. and Helen S. (Drzal) Slezak. Preceded in death by parents, and good friend, Bette Meek. Survived by brother, Robert Slezak married to Sharon (Lynch); nieces, Jennifer Slezak, and Amy (John) Egers; nephew, Matthew (Jenna) Slezak; great-nieces and nephews, Blake (Callie) Cassick, Coby Cassick, Dominic Egers, Ava Egers, Sophia Egers, Camden Slezak, and Kyla Slezak. Frank was a proud United States Army Veteran, having served our country during the Vietnam Era. He also worked for the United States Postal Service, where he later retired. Funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Rev, Anthony F. Spilka FF.OFM.C. Committal will follow at St. Casimir Cemetery.
