Janice R. Winogrodzki

WINOGRODZKI - Janice R., 84; Johnstown, passed away on November 9, 2024 at Conemaugh Hospital.  Born June 13, 1940 in Johnstown, daughter of Leslie G. and Emma Mae (Teeter) Varner.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, John S. Winogrodzki Jr.; son, Joseph A. Winogrodzki; and brother, Warren Varner.  Survived by loving children; John S. Winogrodzki III, Christine M. married to John Falduto Jr., Thomas G. Winogrodzki, and Terri L. Winogrodzki.  Also survived by grandchildren; John S. Winogrodzki IV (Christina), Katie Stem (David), and Tony Falduto, and her beloved great grandsons; Quentin Winogrodzki and Jack Stem.  She and her husband were the founders of Remmco Plumbing and Heating, where Janice continued to work part time, even after her husband’s passing, until 2019 when her health no longer allowed.  She loved chatting with customers who had become like family.  A member of Resurrection Parish, where Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, the Rev. George M. Gulash.  Committal will follow at Grandview Mausoleum.  Friends received Thursday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Francis G.
