Joseph Dyda Jr.

Joseph Dyda, Jr, 72, of Johnstown passed away in his home November 22, 2023. He was born February 16, 1951 to the late Nancy and Joseph Dyda, Sr. Preceded in death by brother, Jeffrey Dyda. Survived by brother Gregory Dyda and wife Robin Dyda, beloved niece Shannon Dyda (Kelsch) and husband Clayton Kelsch, nieces Amanda and Makenna Campagna, and countless special friends and neighbors that were like family to him. Joseph put faith, family, and friends at the center of his life. He was a best friend to anyone and always willing to lend a generous helping hand. Joseph loved Pittsburgh sporting events and would often be found attending with friends. He was also an avid outdoorsman, bicyclist, and craftsman. Per wishes of Joseph, a mass will be held at Saint Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church on Saturday December 2, 2023, at 10:00am.
