Joseph F. Gregorchik Jr.

GREGORCHIK – Joseph F. (Tut), 88, of Johnstown, died August 10, 2025, at the Village of the Hilltop Heights. Born September 25, 1936, in Johnstown, son of Joseph F. (Tut) and Catherine (Drzal) Gregorchik. Preceded in death by parents and wife, Mary Ann (Hamilka). Joe was the last living member of his immediate family. Survived by sons, Richard J. Gregorchik and wife Marcy (Canini) of Conemaugh, PA, and Raymond J. Gregorchik of Hollidaysburg, PA. Also, survived by grandsons; Nicholas J. Gregorchik (Meghan), Tyler Z. Gregorchik (Sarah); granddaughter, Trisha Ann Gregorchik; great-granddaughter, Ava Gregorchik; step grandchildren, Raymond, Ryan, and Nicholas. Joe was a painter at Freightcar America for over 39 years of service. Joe loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins and spending time with his family. Joe was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He will truly be missed by many. Friends will be received Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc. Funeral service will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at St. John Gualbert Cathedral, Rev, Savarimuthu Simon, HGN. Committal will follow at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum.
