Joseph Orosz

OROSZ – Joseph, 89, of Westmont Borough, passed away June 14, 2026, at home surrounded by his entire family. Born April 6, 1937, in Johnstown, the son of Gregory and Mary (Bratta) Orosz. Joseph was the last surviving member of his immediate family. At heaven’s gate, he was welcomed by his loving wife, Joan; granddaughter, Jordann; grandson, “Parker” Graffius; and sons-in-law, Butch Vardian and Joe Mangiafico. Survived by children, Chelley Vardian, Joseph (Donna), Gina Graffius (Rob), Bill (Annette), Judy Mangiafico, and David (Ginny); 17 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren. Joseph was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with Father Timothy Fariss.
