Julia M. (Bubalo) Boltz

BOLTZ- Julia Marie, 103, of Johnstown, died August 13, 2024, at Westmont Woods Quality Life Services. Born April 07, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of llya and Mary (Rezek) Bubalo. Preceded in death by parents; her beloved husband of 63 years, Frederich J. Boltz Sr.; brothers, John, Peter, and William; and sisters, Mary and Rosella. Julia was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by children, Lynn A. Musulin married to Michael of Johnstown, and Dr. Frederich J. Jr. married to Venessa (Belleva) of Florida; grandchildren, Anna C., Andrein J., and Sophia C.; and great grandson, Matthew. Julia worked at the Ace's where she enjoyed interacting and serving the community. She was a former member of St. Rochas Catholic Church where she was an active member of the St. Rochas women’s guild, and the choir. She also enjoyed making nut rolls and pierogis with the church. Julia was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church where she participated in the Christian Mothers. Julia was also a lifelong member of the SPJ number 3. She was a loving person who told everyone she loved them. The family would like to especially thank Patty Gegorchik and the skilled nursing staff at Westmont Woods Quality Life Services and Sara Care Hospice for their compassion and care they offered Julia. Julia was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be truly missed by many. Funeral Mass will take place Monday, August 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rev.
