Leonard H. Narehood

NAREHOOD – Leonard H., 89, of Johnstown, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021.  Len was born on April 23, 1931 in Colmansiding Pottersdale, PA a son of the late Leonard and Genevieve (Maney) Narehood. Len married Regina Krempasky on September 25, 1982, and they were married for 38 years. He is also survived by brothers: Wilson Narehood (Phyllis) Homosassa, FL; Gerald Narehood (Martha), Karthaus, PA; sister, Nancy Taylor of State College, PA; a favorite Aunt, June Clark of Karthaus, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Len was a US Army Veteran. He drove truck and worked on dragline. Len enjoyed camping, woodworking, loved bluegrass music, played guitar, and sang with Mick Reity of Summerhill, PA. Len had a great voice.  Friends will be received Friday from 3-7 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc. where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment will take place at Oak Hill Memorial Cemetery, Karthaus, PA.
