Louella M. (Feloso) Skakunik

SKAKUNIK (FELOSO) – Louella M., 87, of Johnstown died September 6, 2023, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born June 5, 1936, in Johnstown, the daughter of Ralph and Florence (Rodgers) Feloso. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul who she was married to for 38 years until his death on July 26, 1997; daughter, Mary Elizabeth Christie; sister, Dorothy and her husband Ross DiBuno; brother-in-law, Ronald Suttmiller; and nephew, Ronald H. Suttmiller. She is survived by her grandchildren; Evan, Grace, and Shannon Christie; sister: Eileen Suttmiller; brother, Albert, married to Mary Cay (Mirto) Feloso; son-in-law, Richard Christie; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Louella was a 1954 graduate of Johnstown High School and a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. At Louella’s request there will be no visitation, however family and friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Therese Catholic Church, Fr. Bernard Karmanocky officiating. Committal will be held at Grandview Cemetery.
