STOKRP – Mark, 85, died April 23, 2020, at home in Chambersburg, PA. Born September 4, 1934, in Johnstown, PA. Son of Milos and Lucy (Vranich) Stokrp. Preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, four sisters, and one great-grandson. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Olga (Knezevich) and four sons, Mark, Matthew, Michael, and Stephen; also brother David, nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Mark served in Korea as a Control Tower Operator, and at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) during the Gemini and Apollo programs. He retired from NASA in 1994 after having spent thirty-five years in government service with the Air Force, FAA, and NASA. Because of the public health crisis, the family will be having private services. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in memory of Mark to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, 971-1001 St. Clair Road, Johnstown, PA 15905.
