SLEZAK – Mary Louise, 89, of Johnstown, died September 16, 2018, at Amber Springs in Johnstown. Born May 8, 1929, in Johnstown the daughter of Forest W., Sr. and Mary (Gabriel) Dunham. Preceded in death by her parents: husband, John J. Slezak; brother, Forest W. Dunham, Sr.; and son-in-law, Don Delich. She is survived by her daughter, Paula Delich and son, Jack, married to the former Betsy Schnurr; grandchildren: Ashley Delich; Jared Delich; Samantha (Slezak), wife of John Herbick; and Abigail Slezak; sister-in-law, Barbara Dunham; and special cousin and friend, Linda Dishong. Mary Louise was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was a devout Catholic whose faith meant everything to her. Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street where vigil service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Franciscan Friars OFM, Conv. Committal Grandview Cemetery.
