TOMASKO – Mary, 92, of Brownstown, died July 29, 2024. Born August 23, 1931, in Johnstown, PA the daughter of Steve J. and Mary (Kuntz) Tomasko. Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Steve, John, and Andrew Tomasko; sister-in-law, former Genevieve Santchesky; and Irene McMillan; nieces, Rosemary Tomasko and Stephenie Gutteridge; great niece, Stacy Dempsey. Survived by her brother, Joseph with whom she lived; sister-in-law, Ruth Tomasko, VA; nephews: Stephen (Judy) Tomasko; and David (Patty) Tomasko; nieces Ann Marie (James) Dempsey; and Tanya Lynn (Stephen) Spano; also their children: Stephen (Chirstine) and Michael (Heather) Tomasko; J.R. and Chris Dempsey; and Amy Lewis Tomasko. Mary was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Brownstown where she was responsible for keeping track of the envelopes for many years. Retired from Morris Paper Company with 35 years services; Volunteer of St. Vincent DePaul Store; member of Women’s Independent Bowling League; and Atta Girl Golf League. Friends will be received from 3-6 p.m. Sunday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street where vigil service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Monday at St. Michael Catholic Church, the Very Rev. Mark Begly, VF officiating. Committal will be held at Grandview Cemetery.
