LUKAS – Nickie, 50, of Johnstown, died August 11, 2021. Born August 1, 1971, in Johnstown the daughter of Russell and Rebecca (Allison) Penrose Jr. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, David E. Lukas, Sr.; and brother, Russell Penrose III. Survived by her daughter, Abigail, married to Jeremy Fisher; grandchildren, Tyia, Jazmine, Aaliyah, and Skyler; and brother, Chris Penrose, married to Wayne Joseph. At Nickie’s request there will be no funeral services. The family is being served by the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to help with expenses.
