FULTZ - Patricia C. “Pat”, 90; of Johnstown, passed away on August 27, 2025. Born September 3, 1934, in Johnstown, daughter of Stephen M. and Rose (Barley) Tomchik. Preceded in death by parents; husband, CW4 (Ret.) William V. Fultz; infant granddaughter, Amanda Lynn Fultz; infant brother, Francis Jerome; daughter-in-law, Theresa Fultz; sisters, Mary Louise Smith (James), Rose Alice Dill (Earl) and Dorothy McGill. Survived by loving children, Patricia A. Urbasik of Johnstown, Carol J. Riley (Roy) of Boswell, Thomas M. of Hollsopple, David A. (Crystal) of Johnstown, Paul F. (Theresa) of Friedens and Rose A. Dill (Stephen) of Pueblo West, CO. Also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren due in September; brother, Stephen M. Tomchik Jr. (Marion) of Williamsburg, PA; and numerous special nieces, nephews, and friends. Bill and Pat enjoyed spending many winters together in Florida in the beautiful sunshine. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family, whom she loved very much. She especially enjoyed the holidays and family visits. Pat was a member of the Hooversville V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary, and the Lunch Bunch. Pat was loved by many and will be missed by all. She also enjoyed doing ceramics, egg artistry, scrapbooking, bingo, and going to the casino. The family would like to especially thank the staff at Laurel View Village Personal Care for their love, care, and support over the last four years, and the staff at Memorial Medical Center 10 Rose Palliative Care for caring for Pat during her recent stay. Pat was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, where Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Peter Crowe. Committal will follow at Grandview Cemetery. Friends received from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street.
