Patricia (Chapman) Twardziak

TWARDZIAK (Chapman)- Patricia, 71 of Johnstown, died at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber August 24 2023 11:23 PM, losing her battle with cancer.

Born May 30, 1952, daughter of Theresa (Ban) and WWII Veteran Daniel G. Chapman (Marine), Patricia is preceeded in death by her parents and sister, Emily (Chapman) Roddy.

Patricia is survived by, husband, EN3 Patrick Twardziak (Navy) sons, Nicholas and Brian Twardziak, brother, Dainel Chapman, and aunt, Ann Hoffman.

Long retired from work, Patricia was a home maker and volunteer at St. Francis Church events and activities.

The Twardziak family will receivie family friends Tuesday, August 29th from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street. Funeral  Mass will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday August 30th at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Franciscian Friars, OFM, Conv. Committal will be held at the church cemetery.
