NAREHOOD (Krempasky) – Regina M., Johnstown, passed away January 10, 2023. Born September 9, 1940, in Johnstown daughter of William F. and Mary (Pochciol) Krempasky. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard who passed away January 2, 2021; sister, Caroline Miller; brother, Thomas; and baby brother, William A. Survived by nieces and nephews: Deborah (Robert) Reap; Timothy (Teresa) Miller; Kimberly (Tony Goch) Miller; Jeffrey (Jill) Miller; Paula (Bob) Crowley; Tamara (Larry) Davis; and Dave Meck; great niece and nephews: Trenton and Troy Miller; Brandon and Maci Miller; and Grant Meck. Regina was a 1959 graduate of Johnstown High School and retired from Sanitary Dairy with 42 years of service working in the ice cream department, her specialty being the Christmas-time novelty Ice Cream Squares. She was very crafty and loved to decorate especially for parties and weddings. She loved bluegrass music and accompanied her husband at bluegrass gatherings while he sang and played his guitar. Regina also loved to shop and go to basket parties. We all enjoyed going to “Aunt Regina’s” house for Christmas. Our special message to Aunt Regina “Thank you for everything you have done for us. We love you and will miss you very much.” Friends will be received Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc. where funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday. Committal will take place at Ss Peter and Paul Cemetery.
