Robert Anthony Rovder

 ROVDER-Robert Anthony "Big Daddy", 68, of Johnstown, PA passed away November 28, 2022, in Bradford, PA. Born September 13, 1954, in Johnstown, the son of Edward A. and Anna Marie (DeCoske) Rovder. Preceded in death by his parents, and brother, William E. Rovder. Survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Maria (Slivinsky) Rovder; sons, Jonathan T., married to Ashley (Mollander) Rovder of Bradford, PA; and Robert J. Rovder, and companion, Jun Chen of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren: Avery Florence Rovder; Berkley and Finley Rovder; and sister-in-law, Barbara (Kozak) Rovder of Johnstown, PA. He retired from Atlantic Broadband where he was a computer troubleshooter for customers. Trout fishing and whitetail deer hunting with his family was his passion. He was a good dad who loved watching and playing sports with his sons and never missed one of their games. Playing catch, shooting free throws and playing goalie were all things his children will remember him for. He loved to walk the Strip District in Pittsburgh, going to Pirate games and cheering on the Steelers and Penguins. He will be remembered as a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family.  There will be no visitation for Robert; however, family and friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 536 Decker Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15906, Fr.
