Ronald C. Hritz

HRITZ - Ronald, 73, of Johnstown, entered into a new life on May 19, 2023. Born June 13, 1949 in Johnstown, the son of the late Charles and Rose (White) Hritz.  Also preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Samuel and Ruth Arnold, sister Yvonne Ragno, and brothers-in-law, Clinton Altemus, George Tweedy and Richard Weimer.  He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kathleen, who was the love of his life.  Also survived by his brother Donald (Charlene) Hritz, sister Joan Altemus, sisters-in-law Virginia Tweedy and Sherry Weimer and brothers-in-law Samuel (Carol) Arnold and Dennis Arnold, and many nieces and nephews.  Ron loved his family and enjoyed picnics, visiting local parks, photography and watching helicopters.  He loved Ray Harryhausen movies and collecting Mad magazines and die-cast model cars.  He will be dearly missed by his family.  Private funeral arrangements will be coordinated by the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc.
