JAMES - Rose B., 92; Johnstown, passed away on May 30, 2020 at Laurelwood Care Center. Born February 22, 1928 in Nanty Glo, PA daughter of Stanley J. and Michalena (Szewczyk) Butz. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Raymond W. James; daughter, Jeannine Ashcom; granddaughter Carol Ashcom; and siblings, Stanley Butz, Jennie Cecala, Theresa Wagner, Michael Butz, Anna Giammaria, Mary Olekson and Helen Johnson. Rose was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by loving children, Raymond W. James Jr., married to the former Claudia Bumstead; Michael James, married to the former Stacie Marchsteiner; Stanley James, married to the former Cynthia Dzmura; Denise, wife of Robert Knieirem; and Sonya, wife of Gary Ashcom. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Retired as a nurses aid at Mercy Hospital. Visitation and funeral service will be held at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street. Committal will take place at St. Casimir Cemetery. Condolences may be sent at fgozogfuneralhome.com
