Son of the late Vincent M. and Cleonice (Pace) Keck. Rudy was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Preceded in death by parents, loving wife of 70 years, Gladys, sisters and brothers: Jane Gennaro, Robert Keck, Ralph Keck, and Gilda Galbraith. Survived by daughters, Karen Keck (Charlie Marino) Armagh; Lisa Keck (Steve Gould), Pittsburgh; and Barbara Keck of Johnstown, Godsons Mike and Jeff Sheriff; numerous nieces and nephews; and special neighbor Denny Roseman. Rudy started out at a young age helping his dad at their business, Johnstown Concrete Block Co. in Bolivar. Upon his graduation from high school in 1948, Rudy, his dad, and brother Ralph started and were co-owners of Seward Lumber Co. and Seward Construction Co. Rudy enjoyed his post retirement work history of a salesman, from cars to houses, brick and stone, and Trevdeck Construction. Many thanks to his current employer George of SR & G construction. He loved being out and about meeting and greeting new customers and old friends. He will be dearly missed by all. He was a lifetime member of the Seward Volunteer Fire Company serving many years as a firetruck driver. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge in Johnstown.
