Stephen J. Riley

RILEY – Stephen J., 48 of Belsano, died July 5, 2020, unexpectedly at his residence less than 24 hours after his father Joseph passed away. Born October 1, 1971, in Johnstown the son of Joseph and Barbara (Nazick) Riley. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his mother; his loving wife, Kristine (Rummel) Riley; mother and father-in-law, Earl and Louise (Ludwig) Rummel; sisters-in-law, Michelle (Jim) McCleester; Jeanette (Kelly) Rummel; and Lisa Melius (Denny); and loving nieces, Allison and Hannah Melius. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and pets Riley and Bobo. Stephen was employed as a home medical equipment technician at Laurel Medical Solutions, Ebensburg, PA for the past 22 years. He was a member of the Southmont Volunteer Fire Company, Johnstown Rifle and Pistol Club, Ferndale Sportsmen, Jackson Township Rod and Gun Club, and Somerset Amateur Radio Club. Stephen enjoyed being a Ham radio operator, target shooting and spending time with his family and friends. Friends will be received Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street. Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Clement Catholic Church, Fr. William E. Rosenbaum officiating.  Committal will take place at Grandview Cemetery.
