Thomas J. Buksa

BUKSA – Thomas J., 60, of Johnstown died July 3, 2020, at his residence. Born April 13, 1960, in Johnstown the son of Stephen and Virginia (Morgart) Buksa. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Denise Sheldon; and brother, Steve Buksa. Survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Sarah (Michaels) Buksa; children: Jeff (Susan Mullins) Rose; Melissa Knipple; Stephen (Maranda Hill) Buksa; Glenda (Ryan Oaks) Buksa; and Ryan Lewis; and 12 grandchildren.  He was the brother of: John Buksa; Deborah Sherer; Donna (James) Regan; Diane (Robert) Frick and Virginia (Terry) Wysong. Tom loved fishing, being a mechanic and will be remembered as a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather who was always there for his family. There will be no visitation for Thomas however, a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street.
