Thomas Slezak

SLEZAK – Thomas, 67, of Johnstown, died January 6, 2020, at Windber Woods Senior Living Center. Born April 20, 1952, in Johnstown the son of Stanley and Veronica (Skurner) Slezak. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his brother, David Slezak. The family would especially like to thank the staff of both Cambria Residential Services and the ARC of Cambria County for their many years of loving and devoted care for Tom. Friends will be received Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street.
