Thomas E. Sukenik

SUKENIK - Thomas E. 76; Johnstown, passed away on April 23, 2025 at home.  Born February 2, 1949 in Johnstown, son of John A. and Mae (Wagner) Sukenik.  Preceded in death by parents; brother, Lawrence J. Sukenik, and sister-in-law, Gail Sukenik. Survived by wife, Patricia A. (Dudukovich) Sukenik; daughters, Michele Suggs (Troy), Theresa, Rebecca and Katherine; Peter Mekis and Michele Dubaich (John); and numerous grandchildren, including Frankie, Julianne, Alexis, Keith and Renee.  A brother of Alice Schmidt (Warren), Patrick Sukenik and life partner Claudia Lipsinic, Carol Devine (James), and Donna Orosz (Joseph); and numerous nieces and nephews.  Retired maintenance department at the Hiram G. Andrews Center. He was a local bartender at the former CWV., and member of various fraternal organizations throughout the West End.  Family would like to thank Tonya and Ricky from 1 Laurel Highlands Hospice for their compassionate care.  Friends received Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m., at the Francis G.
