William John Nutting

NUTTING – William John, 47, of Johnstown, gained his angel wings on April 28, 2026. Born June 4, 1978, at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The son of Samuel L. (Brenda) Nutting and Wendy S. (Williams) Gorsuch. Preceded in death by his biological mother, Wendy; and brother, Kenneth C. Gorsuch. Survived by his loving wife, Amy (Mateljan) Nutting; parents, Samuel L. and Brenda Nutting; children, Austin Nutting, Kenneth Nutting, Michael Grumbling and fiancée Geneiveve, Destinee (Aryianna) Jenkins, Kayla Grumbling, Kylee Grumbling, and Mya (William) Nutting; grandsons, Riley and Greyson; granddaughters, Oaklee and Aubrey; brother, Kalleb L. (Amanda) Nutting; and nephew, Kooper Nutting; son in every way that mattered, Dominick (Theresa) Hocker and their son Cyrus; and special cousin, Trista Roles and family. William loved spending time outdoors, especially when he was bass fishing. He loved drinking his coffee and having long talks with his father, Samuel. William absolutely adored his children and would do anything for them. William was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will truly be missed by many. Friends will be received Monday, May 4, 2026, at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc. from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will immediately follow at 4:00 p.m.
