I KNOW IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME, BUT I JUST NOW FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO PHIL. I JUST KEPT WANDERING. HE WAS THE BEST MAIL CARRIER AND I HAD MISSED HIM SINCE HE HAD BEEN GONE, I JUST DID NOT KNOW HE HAD PASSED AWAY. HE HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE FROM HIS LEG BECAUSE OF DEIABETTEE. I SURE DO MISS HIM CARRYING THE MAIL, HE WAS THE BEST. R.I.P. PHIL YOU ARE MISSED
